However, if your item is delivered damaged, we will replace or refund it within 7 days, under the following conditions:
It is necessary to request a replacement or a refund by sending an email to info@hopy.it within 7 days of accepting the delivery of the product.
Give your email a title as such: <Replacement / Refund Request for (# Order Number)>
Please clearly indicate in the email: the full name used for the order, the name of the items, clear and close-up videos of the problem and the description of the problem.
We do not accept replacements / refunds, except for problems related to the order.
Manufacturing defects DO NOT include: damaged, marked, dented or considered "defective" packaging or general wear and tear.
To be eligible for a replacement / refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
After we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement / refund.
